Flex Line 40mm Pvc Flexible Flooring Transition Profile Door Threshold

The Flex Line is a versatile, flexible flooring profile perfect for finishing curved edges, especially in areas with a small radius. It is the ideal choice for rounding off surfaces around columns. Made from a homogenous thermoplastic material, this profile offers flexibility in both cold and warm states—up to a 60cm radius when cold and a 30cm radius when heated. The Flex Line is waterproof, making it suitable for wet rooms, and adjusts perfectly to floors of varying heights, such as carpet, parquet, laminate, vinyl, and tiles.

Installation is easy! Simply mark the desired line on your prepared floor, ensuring you account for the bend radius. Secure the base to the floor, then soften the Flex Line in warm water (40-60°C / 104-140°F) for about 15 minutes before installation, as it is more elastic in its softened state.

Each trim comes pristine in the manufacturer's packaging with a flexible base for easy installation (screws not included). Other lengths, including 6m, 9m, and 12m, are available—please contact us for details.
