Returns must be requested within 30 days of date of delivery.
Item Condition Requirements:
The items must be in the same, original, unused, and sealed as delivered state.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in a condition fit for resale.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
The customer is responsible for return shipping, except in the case of a damaged or defective product.
Refundable shipping is done only in case of fault or damage to the product.
Damaged or Faulty Products:

Custom or Special Orders:
All special orders, specially ordered or cut to size items are not returnable, except on the grounds of fault or damage on arrival.
Incorrect Orders or Change of Mind:
In case you have been sent something in error or no longer need it, return postal cost will be on your account.
Original postage will not be refundable in this case.
