Custom or Special Orders
Items cut to size, drilled or specially ordered are not returnable, except if faulty or damaged on arrival.
Incorrect Orders or Change of Mind
If you have received the wrong item or no longer require it, return postal expense will be your responsibility.
Original postage will be non-refundable in this scenario.
